The cost of the tours includes the following:
- All ground and sea transportation as per itinerary
- Services of tourleader and local guide where specified
- Taxes

The cost of the tours does not include the following:
- Drinks, meals and extras in general
Entrance fees (free for EEC passengers up to 18 years and more than 65 years with valid Y.I.D.).
- All excursions and services indicated as optional fee where the appropriate supplement must be paid

CANCELLATIONS AND RESPONSABILITY
In case of cancellation given not less than 24 hours prior to departure a total refund will be given, apart from the costs retained for such cancellation. If the cancellation is notified less than 24 hours prior to departure, there will a debit held on the refund equal to 30% of the purchase price. No refund of any kind will be made to clients who miss departure or abandon the excursion once it has started.
SAT reserves the right to modify the itinerary where deemed necessary.
SAT will refund clients in full in cases where an excursion cannot take place due to "forces majeures" or an insufficient number of participants. Children up to 12 years, 50% discount. SAT whilst acting as intermediary between the travellers, transport carriers and the hotels, cannot be held responsible for any accident, delay, irregularity or loss of baggage and personal belongings, as likewise for damages suffered by passengers incurred by a third party or by "forces majeures" (floods, landslides, strikes). The excursions to the central crater are always escorted by authorized guides of the C.A.I. (Italian Alpine Club).
When impossible to reach Eolian island by boat or the top of Etna by jeep for technical reason or bad weather condition SAT will refund 30% price for the excursion. SAT cannot be help responsible for accidents or damage which may be caused by the explosive activity of the vulcano. The excursion programme is insured according to art. 20 of the Italian law (17.3.1995).
